Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Color Change Wrapping: Execute high-quality color change wraps on various vehicles, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and precision.
Creative Thinking: Demonstrate a creative mindset that thinks beyond conventional boundaries, contributing to innovative and unique vehicle wrap designs.
Problem Solving: Be an excellent problem solver, embracing solutions over excuses, and adapting to challenges that may arise during the installation process.
Workload Management: Independently complete 2 full car wraps per week, ensuring efficient and timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively both independently and within a team, encouraging collaboration and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment at Wraptors Inc.

Probationary Period:

Successful candidates will be hired on a trial probationary period ranging from 1 week to 3 months. During this time, we’ll closely evaluate your performance based on various factors including:

Vehicle Commercial Print Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Vehicle Commercial Print Graphic Designer to join our team at Wraptors Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, particularly in the realm of vehicle commercial prints. This individual will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics for various commercial vehicles, ensuring that our clients’ branding and messaging are effectively communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing eye-catching graphics for commercial vehicles, including trucks, vans, and trailers, that align with client specifications and branding guidelines.
Utilizing Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop software to create and manipulate vector graphics and raster images.
Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts.
Preparing print-ready files with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring proper bleeding and scaling for optimal print quality.
Managing and organizing design files and assets for efficient workflow and future reference.
Conducting quality control checks on final designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
Providing guidance and supervision to shop installers, both in-person and remotely, through the creation of reference sheets and wrap installation techniques.
Staying updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliverables

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a focus on vehicle commercial prints.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop software.
Ability to guide and supervise installers, either in-person or remotely.
Strong understanding of printing processes and technologies, with experience working with different printers and plotters.
Knowledge of bleeding and scaling requirements for print production.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
